Stopped again on a Saturday night after the Martini Lounge. I think it was around 11 pm. Place was busy, but we were able to get a table for our group of 13. No one came to,our table to order drinks, so we went to the bar. We never did have a waitress come to check on us or get more. We had several barbacks come to pick up empty glasses. We asked if we could order and they said they don't do that. I would have thought they would have sent someone. We left after one drink.

Food is pretty decent and has an ok beer selection but unless you go durring specials expect to have your wallet drained.

Not impressed. It took over twenty minutes for any server to acknowledge our table. Server we ended up with had no personality. She said they were out of two of the beers we ordered but later said they had one if them but brought the other anyway. Food was bar food... OK. The kicker above the bad service was how filthy the bathrooms were. They stunk and every stall I checked had something growing around the water line in the bowl. Garbage all over the floor... Yuck!

Popped in for a quick bite after a long day and there was a comfy couch just waiting for me to plop down on. It took everything not to stretch out and search foe the remote. It had that homey feeling which I don't find in places back home. Order the French dip sandwich and it was pretty yummy especially the au jus which was almost like beef gravy. For a local 'dive' I had a good experience. I got a bit loud cause the wilds we playing but hell - that's hometown spirit.

Maybe it's just me getting older but I am no longer content with the sticky floors, boring food, and McGolden poured from keg lines that haven't been cleaned since the last homecoming riot. Most of the bars downtown are in drastic need of a deep clean and some fresh ideas. Brother Bar & Grill is the new kid on the block who has got "the right stuff." A great inviting space which includes a fantastic patio with fireplace, unique menu offerings at reasonable prices and a decent beer selection that doesn't taste like it was poured from an old boot. Like most new places the service still needs some time to mature but this place has the potential to be one of the top eateries in downtown.

First time at a Brothers, and it was exactly what I was looking for that night. I was traveling for most of the day (I'm not from MN) and wanted a place that had quick but quality food. The pretzels from the pretzel appetizer practically melted in my mouth and the French dip sandwich was tasty and filling. My only regret? Not trying these cheese curds that I keep hearing about. I've come to learn this is a midwest thing. Might have to go back there to try them while I'm in still in town. The music was on point too. It was definitely my flavor with a medley of today's hits and Justin Timberlake Pandora stations.

First and last time going to this place. Wife and I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for some lunch, place was dead maybe a half dozen people. After sitting there for ten minutes the bartender had to eventually bring by some menus because the wait staff were nowhere to be seen. I really wish the waitress who did finally make her way over would have written things down, because my complex order of a bacon cheeseburger without lettuce or onions was apparently too difficult remember. Now let me preface that I love burgers but far and away this was the grossest burger I've ever eaten. The meat was just bad, and they should feel bad for wasting what was once a perfectly good cow. Shame. Not a place I would ever recommend to people I like.

Brothers is Brothers Most SCSU students go there. Mug Club is a good deal. It is a fun place I will not deny that and the staff is great I give it three stars because there are much better places in St Cloud. But it serves it purpose of being a Bro's College bar.

Every time we have gone and even with them making up for it with gift cards it's the same old thing. Good that isn't great or doesn't match the menu and less than pleasant wait staff ( with the exception of one guy). Even if you order the same thing two different times there will be issues with it. How can this be ? Who knows. Apps are good but that's about it. Go for apps and booze only.

A friend and I visited Brothers Bar and Grill for a weekday lunch. The parking was a little problematic - there is a large empty parking lot adjoining the restaurant; however, it belongs to Perkins and apparently vehicles of non-Perkins patrons are towed from it regularly. Metered street parking, if available, is the most convenient. The restaurant is relatively new so the interior is bright, clean, and updated. There is bar seating, high tables, low tables and booths. Our server was attentive and professional. Our food was delivered very quickly and was hot. We had the Chicken Caesar wraps with kettle chips. The wrap was good. The prices are reasonable. I would visit again.

We were here on a Sunday for lunch, and I had the chicken ranch wrap with french fries. The french fries were under done, so they were not as good as they could have been. The wrap came wrapped in paper - like what you would get at Subway or Pot Belly. That seemed odd for this type of place. It also had an odd taste to it that I couldn't place. My friend had the longhorn chicken sandwich, and he said, "yeah, it was pretty good." This was my first time here, so I'll give it another shot before I write the place off.
